Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of odors/pet hair, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Exchanges: Return your item, and once approved, place a new order.

EU Customers: Orders shipped to the EU include a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must still be unused and in resellable condition.
